Our Gym & Equipment

Entering Littleton Fitness

We’re conveniently located just off Exit 42 on I-93, with plenty of free parking right out front. Look for the doorway with signage on the glass — that’s our main entrance.

Members enjoy 24/7 access using the GymMaster app. Just open the app and let Bluetooth unlock the door. You’re in — anytime, on your schedule.

Need help getting set up with the app?

Entryway & Housekeeping

Right inside the door, you’ll find benches, cubbies, and hooks to stash your gear. We ask that members leave outdoor shoes at the entrance — it helps us keep equipment in good shape for everyone.

  • Cubbies are labeled for shoes and personal items.

  • Sweat towels are available for free in the entryway.

  • Don’t forget to bring your water bottle — we have refill stations near the back.

Gym Areas

The Cardio Cave

To the right as you enter, you’ll find our Cardio Cave — a go-to space for heart-pumping workouts. Choose from:

  • Treadmills

  • Elliptical Machines

  • Stair Climbers

  • Exercise Bikes

  • Rowers

  • SkiErg

  • Peloton Bikes — with a free Peloton membership included

  • Smart Garmin Trainers — connect your Zwift or TrainerRoad app and ride your own route

Weight Machines

We’ve got a solid lineup of easy-to-use weight machines for a full-body workout — perfect for both beginners and experienced lifters. You'll find machines to target:

  • Legs (quads, hamstrings, glutes)

  • Upper body (chest, back, shoulders)

  • Core and rotational movements

Free Weights

Prefer to lift free? We’ve got you covered with:

  • Dumbbells (light to heavy)

  • Barbells & bumper plates

  • Kettlebells

  • Sandbags

  • Medicine balls

Smith Machines & Power Racks

For barbell training and more controlled strength work, our Smith machines and power racks give you room to squat, press, and pull safely — solo or with a spotter.

Turf Area

Along the southern wall of the gym, you’ll find a stretch of turf that’s ideal for dynamic movement, sled pushes, stretching, and mobility work. It’s a favorite for:

  • Sled training

  • Balance and core work

  • Medicine ball exercises

  • Functional fitness

Posing Room

Our private posing room is available for physique athletes and anyone prepping for the stage (or just looking to track visual progress). Mirrors and lighting are set up for clear, distraction-free posing practice.

LF Lounge

Take a moment for a breather, or to catch up with your gym friends in our comfortable sitting area, designed to help foster a sense of community.

Our vending machines are also located in this nook.

Restrooms & Changing

In the back of the gym, we offer:

  • Three unisex restrooms, including

  • Two shower stalls

  • Water bottle refill stations

  • Lockers available for rent if you prefer a secure storage option

We’ve made it easy to freshen up post-workout or transition to the rest of your day.

Littleton Fitness has grown a lot since we first opened — more space, more equipment, and more ways to train. And we’re not stopping. New features are rolling out regularly, including expanded cardio offerings, recovery services, and physical therapy.
