Member Spotlight
Littleton Fitness isn’t just a gym; it’s a community. And communities are made up of individuals, each on their own path with their own stories.Read on to learn about and celebrate our members achievements — Let’s learn from and inspire each other!
Spotlight: Carly Best
Our member spotlight for this month is the lovely Carly Best! From New Zealand to the White Mountains, Carly has spent over a decade chasing strength. And she’s not slowing down anytime soon. 💪
She’s proud to hold New England records and to have won Masters Nationals, all while continuing to hit PRs year after year. Next up: she’s competing in the USA Open Finals and Masters Worlds (Dec 4–7)!
When she’s not lifting, you’ll find her enjoying good food, time with her dogs, and the peace of nature. We’re proud to have Carly as part of the Littleton Fitness community, and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!
Spotlight: Alyssa MacLeod
This month’s member spotlight looks a little bit different 👀
Meet Alyssa MacLeod — our new Licensed Massage Therapist at Littleton Fitness!
Alyssa helps members recover faster, move better, and feel stronger — whether you’re training hard, managing soreness, or just need to relax.
As a lifelong athlete, she’s done it all: CrossFit, ultra marathons, obstacle races, even paragliding! Her experience gives her a deep understanding of how the body works and how vital recovery is at every age and fitness level.
Each session is tailored to you: improving mobility, reducing pain, easing stress, and helping you stay active and balanced.
Alyssa is thrilled to join the LF community and can’t wait to support your fitness and recovery goals! 💪
Spotlight: Aaron Cox
Aaron Cox has been lifting weights since he was sixteen. He’s now 80 years strong, and still shows up to train with the same commitment he always has — clipboard in hand, workout plan ready.
If you’ve seen Aaron in the gym, you know he doesn’t just go through the motions. He shows us all what consistency really looks like. Not flashy. Not rushed. Just steady progress, one workout at a time.
Aaron, you’re a reminder that strength doesn’t have an age limit — and that staying active is about showing up for yourself year after year. We’re proud to have you in this community. ❤️
Spotlight: Brielle + Kaelin Fitzpatrick
These two don’t mess around.
Kaelin (Bentley University) and Brielle (University of Albany) are both D1 soccer players, and they train hard — even when they’re home on break. We’re lucky to have them in the gym and love watching how they show up: focused, consistent, and dialed in.
Brielle said it best:
“Whether I’m lifting heavy, doing mobility work, or just getting in some cardio, they’ve got me covered… the space is always clean, organized, and has a great energy that makes it easy to stay motivated.”
Couldn’t ask for a better example of what it means to train with purpose.
