Jarrin Sleeper is a passionate personal trailer with a background in Exercise Science from Keene State College. Jarrin has always been drawn to fitness: “It’s something I grew up around and continue to love every day.”
Jarrin’s mission is simple: to teach, guide, and help people become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves through smart, science-based training. He believes true wellness comes from strengthening the body and the mind, and is committed to educating and working with clients to build lasting habits and real results.
