Meet Kim De Lutis: Personal Trainer
A strength coach and indoor cycling instructor since 2003, Kim is recognized as one of the premier kettlebell coaches in the North Country, and owns RIDE Indoor Cycling in Littleton. Over the years, she has helped thousands of people build muscle, move better, and get stronger—often after years of setbacks, injuries, surgery, or simply believing it was too late.
Her clients range from active adults looking to improve strength to beginners who have never lifted weights and people 60+ who want to maintain their independence. Kim has successfully trained men and women in their 80s and 90s, proving that age is never a barrier to improving strength and quality of life. She trains her clients to become stronger, more capable, and more confident in everyday life.
Kim was certified through the International Association of Resistance Trainers in 2003. After discovering the power of the kettlebell in 2021, she completed additional training and certifications under two of North America’s leading kettlebell experts, both in Canada and the United States.
Her philosophy is simple: It’s never too late to build muscle. Unless you never start.
